These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lone Star Philly website and online ordering system located at lonestarphilly.com (“Site”), operated by Lone Star Philly (“we,” “us,” or “our”) at 7340 S State Hwy 78, Suite 900, Sachse, TX 75048. By placing an order or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Online Orders
All orders placed through our Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud. You will be notified promptly if your order cannot be fulfilled.
Prices displayed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax (8.25% for Sachse, TX) will be added at checkout.
2. Pickup & Delivery
Pickup orders must be collected at our location: 7340 S State Hwy 78, Suite 900, Sachse, TX 75048. We are not responsible for orders that are not picked up within a reasonable time after the stated ready time.
Delivery is available within our designated service area. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or other conditions outside our control. A delivery fee may apply.
If you are unavailable to receive your delivery and the order cannot be completed, additional charges or order cancellation may apply.
3. Food Allergen Notice
Our kitchen handles a wide variety of ingredients including common allergens such as wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, and sesame. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens. If you have a severe food allergy, please contact us by phone at (469) 782-0184 before placing your order.
4. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at the time of order. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Gift cards issued by Lone Star Philly are non-refundable, have no cash value, and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before they are confirmed by our kitchen. Once an order has been confirmed and preparation has begun, cancellations may not be accepted.
If you receive an incorrect or unsatisfactory order, please contact us at [email protected] or call (469) 782-0184 within 24 hours of your order. We will work to make it right, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
6. Loyalty Rewards
Participation in our Lone Star Rewards program is subject to the terms presented at enrollment. Reward Stars have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire after six (6) months of inactivity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Catering Orders
Catering quotes are estimates and subject to final confirmation. Catering orders may require a deposit or advance payment. Cancellation of confirmed catering orders may result in forfeiture of any deposit paid, depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, images, text, and design, is the property of Lone Star Philly and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lone Star Philly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update.
